If you're an ordinary person, then please update your VLC to 2.0 and get the latest version of VLC Remote. It works better, it looks better, and it has more features. It's an old release of VLC Remote that supports VLC all the way back to 0.9.10 It is repackaged as a universal release (iPhone and iPad support) all the basics are here: Easily control VLC from your sofa!
